Clarify xfconf-query help message for option verbose

Vangelis Katsikaros requested to merge vkatsikaros/xfconf:vangelis/xfconf-query-verbose-msg into master

I understand that the -v option only has effect if the options -l or -m are used. I expect that the new help message explains better explanation what "verbose" means and when the user should expect in stdout.
