Show warning for Adwaita icon theme

There is as well the GNOME icon theme, which might suffer from the same incompleteness as Adwaita.

I only have a debian testing here, for which the icon packages seem to be old enough to still ship all the icons.

So if more recent versions of the "GNOME" theme as well lack icons, just let me know, then I will update the MR to show the warn as well on that.

(I hope these themes will not drop the icon for the warning sign 😸)
