logout-dialog: New Xfconf property "ShowSave"

The new ShowSave
property is under general
and defaults to TRUE
. /shutdown/ShowSave
was also another option but I didn't find it fitting.
Personally, I never use autosave and never save on logout. I find the save session checkbox infuriating/annoying/distracting, hence I decided to take this matter in my own hands.

Merge request reports
Activity
Suspend, Sleep, etc. that are under
/shutdown/Show*
I don't know, IMO it doesn't make sense to hide those buttons.
I suppose we should at least wait until someone requests the feature ... or do we already have an issue for it?
The "logout settings" in the "general" tab would be the correct place for
ShowSave
