Beep On Logout

When the user wishes to log out of the session, he or she selects the Whisker menu and then Log Out. At that moment, a system beep sounds thru the system speaker.

This never happened in the 4.12 version. I am now using 4.16.

My reading of search results has told me that many people recommend turning off the speaker sound. However, this is only a coverup, and has the added detriment of not notifying the user of other system issues as they may come up.

My contention is that this is not normal behavior, nor desired, and should be changed.
