Use more accurate status icons (Fixes #95)

Previously we relied entirely on UPower, now we also check if the icons used by Gnome are available (battery-level-*).

What should be working:

• systray (incl menu)
• panel plugin (incl menu)
• settings dialog
• notifications (battery notifications being symbolic now)
