Display Power Management Toggle does not visually update

On the [display] tab, the toggle button does not visually update. It seems purely visual, although I'm also having some issues involving closing and opening the lid which may be unrelated.

I am using manjaro linux with xfce power manager 1.6.6-1

Here is a quick fix: 0001-settings-Fix-GtkSwitch-signal-handlers-Issue-99.patch

changed milestone to %Xfce 4.16
