Devices tab doesn't update on battery state change

If I unplug the power while on the Devices tab, the line power and battery entries don't change, though I do get a notification of the change and the panel plugin does change.

Interesting, the code is all there, but upower doesn't seem to send the notify signal in this case (or it's not properly received).

Seems to work fine now (>= 4.18.3).
