Status "Charging (x%, y hours z minutes)" unclear

It is unclear in Xfce Power Manager what this means when in charging state. Is it time to full or time to empty? Could this be made more clear? I know from looking at things like:

upower -i $(upower -e | grep '/battery')

it is probably time to full, I think?

Could it be changed to something like "x%, y hours z minutes until fully charged", this is what Android tends to do. And if you want a character lean version, just leave out the time altogether.
