[ADD] Menu item selection with L_Alt key
This makes it so that menu items are selected when L_Alt is released, together with !86 (closed) it makes for a really nice window switching experience.
I have also tested this together with !85 (closed) , and it works well (you can hold control and release Alt to bring up the context menu).
