launcher: Adjust menu icon size (Fixes #255)

Use the icon size used by the plugin in the panel also for menu items in the "launcher overflow menu".

This MR supersedes !36 (closed)

Please note that the menu item size is only calculated once when the plugin is launched, so when adjusting the panel's size (or icon size setting) users will have to restart the panel to get the "correct" menu item size. Since this is quite uncritical and there are no good signals to listen to for this case I'd prefer to leave it as is.
