Fix some `*-CRITICAL` warnings

There are short indications on how to trigger these warnings in the commit titles or descriptions, tell me if it is not enough.

Regarding the prefs dialog autohide combo (tasklist, fourth commit), here are steps to reproduce:

  • start from autohide == Never
  • open prefs dialog, set autohide == Intelligently
  • close prefs dialogs
  • open prefs dialog, set autohide == Never

Regarding the window drag and drop in the taskbar (panel, fifth commit), any dnd should triggers the warning (even when start and end positions are the same).
