clock: Disabled logind on FreeBSD

FreeBSD does not have 'systemd', but clock plugin check presence of 'logind', this causes unnecessary warning messages. In this MR is disabled 'logind' check on all BSD OS'es.

It is very unlikely that FreeBSD (and other BSD's) switch to systemd.
