Window buttons move beyond 100% panel length limit

Description

Created attachment 5593 SCRN window buttons

Window buttons on the XFCE panel move beyond the 100% size limit, instead of the window buttons shrinking like other WMs, they remain the same size and after having 6 windows open at once any additional windows open after that start to disappear beyond the edge of the screen.

Distro: Ubuntustudio 14.04 (x86) XFCE Ver 4.10 Xfce-panel Ver: 4.11.0 (default installed) Kernel (from uname -a) - Linux fileserver 3.13.0-32-lowlatency #57-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT Tue Jul 15 04:23:12 UTC 2014 i686 i686 i686 GNU/Linux.

Attached is a screen shot that explains the problem, there are 9 windows/applications open but only 7 window buttons are visible.
