Disabling "wrap around workspaces" setting has no effect when horizontal scrolling is enabled
I am using XFCE 4.18 DE on Arch linux, i enabled horizontal scrolling on the touchpad settings earlier today, and just now noticed that the "wrap around workspaces" setting in the panel plugin "workspace switcher" does not have any effect when it is disabled as long as horizontal scrolling is enabled.

I don't have the hardware to test this unfortunately, I'd need someone with compatible hardware to investigate. The code looks good anyway, I don't really see what could go wrong, but the documentation is pretty stingy on how to properly handle scroll deltas (if they ever come into play here, which I'm not even sure they do).
I don't really know if it's of any help, but the touchpad shows up as "ELAN060F:00 04F3:3081 Touchpad" when running xinput list, it's being used on a Lenovo ideapad 120S-14IAP, and i am using xfce-mouse-settings to enable/disable horizontal scroll, i'm not sure if this of any significance, and what would be necessary information to test and reproduce.
