Feature Request: Adaptive Panel Transparency When Full-Screen Window is Active

Hello!

It would be great if the panel had a mode that allows for a second color and transparency setting to be applied when a window is in full-screen mode. Specifically, when this option is enabled, the user can choose a different color/transparency for the panel for this second color profile. This profile would be applied to the panel whenever a window is maximized to full screen.

For example, a user might set a standard transparency for the panel and then have a darker, more opaque color when a window is in full-screen mode: Thank you!
