Option to switch between 12h/24h notation for binary clock

Description

Please provide a checkbox to switch between 12h and 24h notation for binary clock. Now, the binary clock shows the time only in 24h notation, but 12h notation would be nice too, to match the behavior of some binary wristwatches.
