Launch xfce4-panel-profiles with '--from-panel'

Description

Hi!

To fix #16505 I created a patch to 'xfce4-panel-profiles', but it works only if xfce4-panel launches the first with '--from-panel' option. So I created a merge request on the new Gitlab instance[0].
