xdt-autogen: Fix aclocal macro search path

Probably a regression introduced in 2759f19c.

I don't know if this is the best way to do it, but it works (see also https://www.gnu.org/software/automake/manual/html_node/Macro-Search-Path.html). Tested building xfce4-notifyd with xfce4-dev-tools 4.18.0 installed in /usr and xfce4-dev-tools 4.19.0 installed in /usr/local. xfce4-notifyd requires XDT_CHECK_OPTIONAL_FEATURE so the build fails without this patch.
