helpers: Add argument to print versions of xfce-build

Test with xfce-build describe (Note: I switched to "describe" because this term is familiar from git and it does indeed report git versions.)

You can also add the specific version (default: latest) if you either built a custom container or if you want to compare what's in latest with what's in xfce/xfce-build:4.16 for instance.
