helpers: Add new helper xfce-open-gitlab

This helper enables you to quickly open the GitLab project of your Git repository in your browser when working in your terminal. You can navigate to a subpage by supplying that as an argument (e.g. "issues").

Note that the GitLab groups supported right now are

  • xfce
  • panel-plugin
  • thunar-plugin
  • apps
