Improved and simplified icons for better scaling

Maurizio Galli (m4u9) requested to merge m4u9/xfce4-appfinder:improved-icons into master

I simplified the icon removing the details which looked horrible at resolutions below 48x48. I think this metaphore is cleaner and I made it in all sizes so that the scaling is perfect.
