Update preferences window to match default settings

newhoa requested to merge newhoa/xfce4-appfinder:prefs-match-default into master

Commit !29 (merged) (bf77c877) updated default settings to Always Center Window and Hide Categories.

These changes aren't reflected in the Preferences Window at first launch.

This updates the glade ui to set those as active to match the new default settings.

I noticed the mismatch in Xubuntu daily and Fedora Rawhide - example pic.
