Option to remove the titlebar

Is there a way to launch it (say via terminal) in full screen mode and without the title bar? This way it may look something akin to gnome for those who prefer that.

EDIT: Update title to reflect what was implemented. Previous one was: "Launch it full screen and/or without the titlebar"
