* thunar/main.c(main): Disable thread support for now, as it's not used
	  and just slows down stuff.
	* thunar/thunar-file.{c,h}, thunar/thunar-local-file.{c,h},
	  thunar/thunar-local-folder.c, thunar/thunar-trash-file.c: Watch local
	  directories and trashed files for changes.
