	* ThunarMimeDatabase.py, ThunarFileInfo.py: Add caching for the MIME
	  database.
	* ThunarFileInfo.py: Support loading of existing thumbnails.
	* ThunarPropertiesDialog.py: Connect the 'Text view' in the
	  'Permissions' tab.
