Refactor tree-view side-pane

  • Load expand arrows in separate job
  • Manage hidden files directly in model, don't use a GtkFilterModel (Like it is done by tree-view-model)
  • Use hashtable for node-lookup in order to improve performance
  • Do not remove nodes while traversing the tree (keep tree-traverse generally at a minimum)

These changes will bring the model of the side-pane in sync with the model for the main view, using the same logic and functionallity
