Show "Apply action to all" check mark in file replace dialog when replacing contents in folder

The check mark "Apply action to all" did not show in progress view replace dialog for items in sub folders. Thus making you unable to give THUNAR_JOB_RESPONSE_[REPLACE/SKIP/RENAME]_ALL
