build: Use AM_DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS

Gaël Bonithon requested to merge Tamaranch/thunar:discteck-configure-flags into master

So user can extend or override the flags provided there by defining the DISTCHECK_CONFIGURE_FLAGS variable. Especially required since xfce4-dev-tools!108 (merged).
