Consistant, handling of icons style

Currently, we have a wild mix between symbolic icons and non-symbolic icons in the menu.

The idea is to be more consistent and configurable:

• Use non-symbolic icons in all menus
• By default, use symbolic icons for the toolbar
• Provide way to toggle between symbolic/non-symbolic for thetoolbal
