Load content types in a separate job (#1192)

@Elessar1802, thanks for !392 (closed), it helped me to get this one finished, and sorry for the long delay 🙁

The method to move the content type was moved to gio extensions and was made g-file only, in order to use be able to safely access it from within the job, and to be able to reuse the code, when called from within ThunarFile.

Here my next take on it ... hopefully will be fine this time.

@Tamaranch, would be great if you could give it a try! It is supposed to fix #1192 (closed) and #1203 (closed).
