Add setting to show or hide application name in titlebar

Since the update to 4.18, the application name was added in the titlebar : "foldername - Thunar" I think its very cluttering to have this suffix and I prefer to only have the foldername (like in previous versions)

I added a new setting to allow users to switch between the old and new behavior
