Properties dialog tweaks

Theo Linkspfeifer requested to merge lastonestanding/thunar:properties-dialog-tweaks into master

Changes:

  • move rows after "Size on Disk" into new section
  • move "Volume" up into the first section so that it appears below/instead of "Location"
  • do not show "Capacity" for files and multiple selections (not calculated anyway)

The items "Capacity" and "Usage" now have the same visibility conditions.
