Preserve trusted state when launchers are copied

Alexander Schwinn requested to merge alexxcons/thunar:keep_trusted_info_on_copy into master

For local files, if a *.desktop file is copied, if the original file is either trusted, or inside XDG_DATA_DIR, the new *.desktop file is as well trusted and flagged as executable.
