WIP: Use symbolic icons for shortcuts side pane
Kinda works but there are some hacks I'd like to solve before merging, see FIXME in thunar-icon-factory.c. I'm also not happy with thunar_icon_factory_load_file_icon2, maybe a different name could be more appropriate.
And there is also the question of making this feature optional or not.
