Draft: [GSoC 22] Add `ThunarGalleryView`

This MR aims to add a new view, ThunarGalleryView. The view is an accessible gallery view that makes it easier to a large number of pictures in a folder. See #693

TODO

  • Make basic gallery view with no file titles and packed square icons
  • Add file titles on hover
  • Fix unknown bug with menu bar (it is sometimes drawn under the address bar, and not on its actual location)
  • Add support for more thumbnail sizes
  • Add button for view in toolbar
  • Add title for folders
