WIP: Fix translation strings in thunar-launcher.c

Correct two translation strings to fix a bug introduced into master since version 1.8.15. In the current master, the "Open in New Tab" and "Open in New Window" menu items do not display the number of new tabs or windows in the context menu. This commit fixes this.
