Add configure option to enable thunarx custom dirs (Issue #771)

THUNARX_DIRS will only be considered when build with:

./autogen.sh --with-custom-thunarx-dirs-enabled

It is as well possible to overwrite the default thunarx search path: --with-thunarx-dirs=/path/to/thunarx-3
