Preference to disable recursive search added Always option #751

I have added a new option in the Advanced Tab of the Preference Menu to Include results from sub-folders for search.

The default option is Always. when It is selected, everything should work as it does before these changes.

The other 2 options are Never and Local files only.

When Never is selected the results from sub dirs are not included

When Local files only is selected the results from sub dirs are not included when on a remote Directory.
