[BUGS?] New Thunar 4.18 doesn't open with last window width and height like on 4.16

Is this a bug ? The new Thunar 4.18 doesn't open with last window width and height like on 4.16.11, is it intended?

If it's intended, can we have option to use the last remembered width and height? Thank you!
