[Enhancement] Allow using the scroll wheel to scroll the toolbar breadcrumbs when the entire path cannot fit on-screen
When you're far deep enough into subfolders inside of subfolders inside of subfolders, the toolbar breadcrumbs end up shifting the displayed path off of the screen due to there not being enough room on-screen.
So my idea is that, when you hover your mouse cursor over the toolbar breadcrumbs and use your scroll wheel, it'll scroll the toolbar breadcrumbs so that you can quickly navigate to a folder located much higher in the path, ideally in the same direction as when one uses their scroll wheel on Xfce's bottom panel to change between open windows. And, to be clear, I mean scrolling the entire breadcrumb toolbar itself, not actually switching between folders on the breadcrumb toolbar.
This is heavily based on the way Firefox behaves when you have many tabs open whereby it makes the actual tab bar scrollable without actually switching tabs in the same manner that I describe, and that tab bar can be scrolled using one's scroll wheel (and, as alluded to, Firefox's scroll behavior goes in the exact same direction as when using the scroll wheel on Xfce's bottom panel to switch between open windows).
UPDATE: It would appear that at least Caja v1.26.0 and Nemo v5.4.2 seem to already implement this.
EDIT: I guess this could technically be useful for even when the current folder path is set to non-breadcrumb mode as well, but I figured it's less of a concern there because you can use things like the "Home" or "End" key as well as Ctrl+left/right arrow to quickly navigate the typing cursor to parts that are off-screen - things that do not work when in breadcrumbs mode.
