Sendto menu item in Thunar should not display write-unavailable filesystems

Description

After detection external filesystems appears into Thunar's Sendto submenu list. It's very pretty feature when I need to copy file in the root of USB flash drive.

But for now (I use thunar-1.6.3) this menu contains all detected devices, not only rw-mounted USB flash dives, but also CDs (CD-R) with closed filesystem (i.e. I can't write there anything at all).

It would be fine if Thunar will filter this list and show not all connected, but all connected write-available devices (dew to an issue, my card reader mounts SD cards in read-only mode, so connected to it cards also should not appear in Sendto list).
