Images in icon view at high zoom levels is not so big
thunar 4.16.8 Linux Mint 20.3
When i view a folder with pictures as icons (Ctrl+1) i can zoom with Crl++ and Ctrl+-.
There seems to be 10 zoom levels.
But the last 3 zoom levels just shows the images at the same size. The thing that charges is the margin around the images. At zoom level 10 i see more margin than content.
The images in the folder is in 4:3 format. Seems like the images are 160x120 at the highest zoom level. But a folder icon appears larger at the same zoom level. Seems to be 250x200.
If i start at the lowest zoom level a folder icon and in image thumbnail is the same size. As i zoom with Ctrl++ their sizes follow each other up until zoom level 8. With zoom level 9 and 10 the folder icon grows as expected but the image thumbnails stays the same size on zoom level 8, 9 and 10.
If I rotate the images so they are taller than wider (3:4) its different.
I would have liked to be able to see the images better/bigger.
Perhaps in icon view it would not be nessecary to see the file names since its called icon view the user is properly fine with just seeing icons without file names. Since watching pictures is such a common thing it would be nice to be able to use thunar as a quick image gallery. I can now but guess the images is not big enough for what i wanted to see.
