'Create Document' rightclick option, don't highlight extension in resulting filename

Incredibly minor/picky one but something that has occurred to me for a while.

• Right click
• Create document
• Plain text (or anything except empty file)
• The default filename is highlighted for you to edit, including the dot and extension

I feel like the better behaviour would be for the filename to be highlighted but not the dot & extension, that way users can just type the name and hit enter. Currently you have to shift the highlight selection to just the filename without the dot & extension, otherwise if you just type a new name & hit enter, it strips the extension which can cause confusion/problems later.
