Bulk rename tool fails on Samba share mount when changing case
I have a file server that uses the SMB protocol, and gets mounted using the "mount -t cifs" command on my Linux machine to allow access. Since Windows and/or Samba treat case sensitivity differently for filenames, the Thunar bulk rename utility isn't able to rename files using the case changing option, failing with an error saying the file already exists.
If I move the same files to my local filesystem the renaming works as expected.
