Offer possibility to turn off tooltips in Thunar using CSS

Basically, I'm trying to turn off tooltips in Thunar, primarily in the "Side Pane" and the navigation buttons. If no GUI preference or config option can be added, being able to control this in CSS would be the next best thing. But currently this isn't possible.

Something like:

tooltip.thunar.side-pane

Or:

tooltip.thunar.navigation-buttons

Or:

tooltip.thunar

(The last one to mean "all tooltips within Thunar".)

I'm not sure how closely related code-wise Thunar and the "Show Desktop" taskbar plugin are, but I also wish to be able to turn its tooltips off using similar CSS. I asked about that here but nobody has responded yet: xfce4-panel#961

In general, I wish to be able to turn off tooltips (and maybe other unwanted elements) using CSS in Xfce, without it being "all or nothing", since "full disable of tooltips using CSS" also hides them from webpages in Firefox, and also seems to cause a visual artifact in Thunar.
