Allow right arrow to open and left arrow to go back in file pane

Suggesting to allow optional hotkeys to allow
Right Arrow = open folders, open files, launch applications, etc.
Left Arrow = to go back when used in the file pane

Sometimes have seen this referred to as "Lynx like movements"
There are hotkeys for these actions in Thunar - Preferences but they do not accept the use of RIGHT or LEFT arrows.

Note that if this gets added, the main navigation back and forward with these arrow keys will need to probably be turned off if/when the new feature View - Expandable Folders is turned "on".

Although would really like it if in this "Expandable Folders" mode if

Works for me, if you first wipe the old shortcut .. not sure why, that's the xfce4-shortcuts grapper, comming from libxfce4ui.

However, the arrow keys still won't work, which probably is, because the keys are hardcoded in exo- tree and icon view.

So now I am not sure if I should move this issue to xfce4ui or exo

Ok, then let's move to exo. Honestly, I have no idea if binding for arrow-keys in GtkTreeView (used in Exo) is possible at all.
