[Feature Request] Add extract here option to RMB drag and drop context menu

In Thunar you can drag and drop items using your right mouse button which opens up a context menu when doing so. I am suggesting maybe can add a feature when dragging any archive based files (zip,tar,deb, etc.), to show an option to "Extract Here" which would allow the archive file to be extracted into the location.

Not sure if any others would find this useful, worth adding? Thank You

"extarct here" is a menu contribution by the thunar-archive-plugin.

There is https://gitlab.xfce.org/thunar-plugins/thunar-archive-plugin, but it does not make much sense to mention it here, since the changes will need to be made in thunar itself, not the archive plugin. Then these changes will apply for all menu contributions of all plugins and custom actions.

So yea, this is already covered in #269
