[Feature Request] Add metadata tab in properties for media items

In the future maybe can add a new tab in properties that displays various info about media based items.
This tab will only show if media content is selected.

Information such as....
Duration / length
Samplerate
Bitrate
Video Dimensions # x #
ID3 / Metadata
etc.

I have seen some random solutions for this such as using thunar-media-tags-plugin which is only for audio and have to hit another properties button to see further information.
I have also seen people mention using zenity + mediainfo as well.
Nothing that really seems / feels integrated into Thunar and covers different media types all in one.

This feature has been requested in #304 already. No one has implemented it yet though.
