Name of folders in English only

Thunar 4.18.8 Xubuntu 24.04

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Xubuntu 24.04, everything will not be in the chosen language once installed (except for English ;) ).
2. Change the language (Settings / Language support / Choose your language and "apply System-Wide")
3. Restart the computer
4. In a terminal type : xdg-user-dirs-update

Current behavior

The names of Thunar's folders are not changed (ie for French : Video -> Vidéos, Pictures -> Images...) even after restarting (but the rest is translated).

Expected outcome

The names of the folders used to change on previous versions.
