Some directory contents don't refresh timely sometimes

Some files seem outdated sometimes (for example, inside /tmp), until you refresh them with F5. #1271 (comment 88363)

PS. I wonder if non-updating of those downloaded files that you couldn't reproduce might have something to do with saving them in quick succession to a slow HDD ("video storage type", 5000 rpm I think) mounted as

/mnt/store ext4  rw,nosuid,nodev,relatime  0 0

(Or the fact that, like /tmp (tmpfs), it's a different file system than my system disk (SSD).)
